Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: All about Charcadet; Guide to evolve to Armarouge and Ceruledge
Alternative evolution methods were becoming increasingly common in Pokémon games. If at the beginning of the franchise most monsters changed form when they were reached, when they were exchanged or through elemental stones, in future titles we saw creatures that evolved by learning a certain blow, being in a particular place, etc. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the youngest in the series, are no different either.
This is the case of Char cadet, the new ninth generation Pokémon, which is the pre-evolution of Rutledge and Armature. It will not use rising with him, because this is not how he will change shape. How to evolve Char cadet in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Each of these Pokémon can evolve to both versions with the correct item, but it is not possible to get both armor in one version. It will not advance to climb Char cadet of level, as it will only evolve into one of its two ways with the use of this item, as if it were an evolutionary stone.
Where to get Auspicious or Malicious Armor?
You will have to go to Pueblo veto and talk to the character above. Depending on the version of the game he will ask you 10 pieces of a different Pokémon in exchange for a cursed item. In Scarlet, he will ask you 10 pieces of onzer and will give Auspicious Armor to get Armature. In Violet, he will ask for 10 pieces of Sinister and will give him Malicious Armor to evolve his Char cadet to Rutledge.
Both onzer and Sinister are in both games, but the second is a little harder to find. While onzer appears in almost every ruin you find, Sinister is more evasive, just making great ruins in ruins.
