New World launches open beta - which weapons are you playing?

On September 9, the MMONEW WORLD started his open beta at which you can test the features of the game. One of the most important ones of this is the combat system. Which weapons did you like most?

This is how the New World's Weapon System works: The Battle System of New World is strongly different from classic MMORPGs such as WOW or FFXIV. It is action-oriented and you have to position you correctly in the fight, your attacks aim and avoid the opponents when you want to be victorious.

To pass against your enemies, you will get a selection from a total of 11 weapons from which you can have 2 at the same time. These weapons determine about your play style and what skills you can use in combat. Accordingly, you have a big impact on how New World feels for you in the fight.

Some weapons combinations are more suitable for a defensive style of play, while with others can be shared with others and is traveling as DD.

You can choose these weapons: During the open beta you can test the different weapons as pleasure and mood and decide which they commit them most. The following weapon types are available to you:

Sword and Shield - Melee, rather defensive Rapier - Melee, a lot of damage Strikeax - Melee, a lot of damage War Hammer - Melee, Much CC Beil - Near and ranged, a lot of damage Spear - Near and ranged, damage and CC Bow - Fangamp, a lot of damage Muskete - Fangamp, a lot of damage Fire rod - ranged with magic, a lot of damage Life rod - ranging with magic, damage and healing Ice Culps - Fangamp with Magic, CC and Support

So, for example, you can move into the fight with a bow and a rapier and the opponents remain out of the distance to go to the melee. Or you can support yourself with the life bar yourself and your allies.
