Roubaix instead of Turkmenistan: railway wheel

A good ten weeks after the cancellation of the railway World Cup in Turkmenistan, the World Association UCI has found a substitute guest encoder. The world championship titles will be awarded from 20 to 24 October 2021 in French Roubaix. The World Cup scheduled for mid-October (13 to 17th) in Ashgabat had been canceled at the beginning of June because of the effects of the Corona Pandemic.
